Do note however, that only residential properties are supported in order to provide greater prediction accuracy with a more focused model.

The house price prediction model which provides these predictions is generated using a combination of Christchurch City Council sale and valuation data, and property information sourced from the LINZ Data Service licensed for reuse under CC By 4.0.
